Dogwood is perfect for us. We recently moved to Norton Commons, and we wondered if it might make sense to consider changing vets. We knew that they would be more convenient, but we were surprised and pleased by the upgrade in service. It’s very easy to get an appointment and, when you’re there, the focus is all on you and your pet. Also, I have a really high bar for professional services – but Dogwood clears that bar. They are very easy to work with, discuss your pet’s problems in plain language (no jargon), and then offer clear choices about how to proceed without pushing a solution on you. Dogwood is great for you and your pet!

We started going to Dogwood Vet in November of 2019 when we purchased our puppy from a breeder in Indiana. From the very first visit Dr. Chris and his staff have made us feel comfortable and most importantly our puppy Maisie feels comfortable. She loves going to the vet! On March 6, 2020 we took her in to get spayed and chipped and from the moment we walked in the door we felt the undivided attention of the staff from front desk all the way until discharge the next day. Maisie even got to hang out with the receptionist and we received updates and pictures from them. We travel 50 minutes one way to go to Dogwood Veterinary Clinic and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Dr. Franklin and his staff are amazing! We have a senior dog and Dr Franklin has spent a great deal of time assessing & meeting her needs. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He and his his entire staff are truly committed to providing the best care for you pet. We recently boarded our Burmese cat at Dogwood Vet Clinic as she is old and needs to be given several different medicines. She got excellent care, and lots of TLC. It was very comforting to see videos and pictures of her while we were gone which members of the staff sent us. if you want great medical care coupled with kindness for your pet, this is the place for you !

Dogwood Vet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pets. Not only is the state of the art facility aesthetically pleasing and completely brand new, but the technology and instruments are top of the line. The staff, Dr. Katie and Dr. Chris, are knowledgeable and welcoming. I have taken both my cats and my dog there since their opening with great ease. They have helped us transition moving pets cross country and through their app are constantly available for any sort of question. On top of that, they have a rewards system in place for loyal customers, and they constantly post promotions and free giveaways. I highly recommend checking this place out. Taco and I had a wonderful and informative experience at Dogwood. The entire staff was wonderful and for the first time I was informed about flea & tick medication and learned a lot. My daughter is a vet (out of town) and Taco has been seen by many good vets but Dr Chris is a stand out doc.

Dogwood Veterinary Clinic quickly came to my side when my dog lulu had been sick throughout the night. As soon as I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with smiles and immediately reassured that all was going to be ok. They treated me and my Lulu like the only ones that were in the entire place and took all of the time that was needed to make sure that she was going to be ok. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I feel like we are in the best of hands!
